Antinha is a biscuit from the producer Da Margarida that symbolically represents the megalithic monuments of Proença-a-Nova. This biscuit intends to pay homage to this mark of the local heritage in which the base represents the cairn, which is accessed by a corridor flanked by smaller stones, represented here by almond or pistachio.
