With an exquisite aroma and palate, the cheese at the cabaret of Loja Pucariças is produced with raw milk from sheep and goats. The cure time depends on the size of the cheese, ranging from 15 to 20 days. Depending on this period it may be buttery or semi-soft, with a slightly yellowish white color.
