This black chorizo to roast from Almeida & Filhos is one of the most characteristic delicacies of this region. Prepared from soft pork fat and blood, they are filled in natural casing, then they undergo a thermal process (cooking), and after this process they will cool in dryers until they can be packed. The flavoring is based on garlic, salt, wine, cumin, onion and other spices, giving it a unique flavor. It is excellent grilled, accompanied with vegetables and other meats.
