José Verganista Martins LDA's thick moor is a smoked sausage made from fat, blood and blood-soaked pork, seasoned with wine, salt, garlic and spices. After being subjected to a prolonged cure in a holm oak firewood, it has a dark color and an interior appearance consisting of a perfectly bonded mass of marbled appearance with an irregular distribution of pieces of meat and fat.
