The honey buns, besides being made in festive periods, were traditional of the Day of Saints. Now you can taste them anytime and anywhere. They are an excellent accompaniment to a hot coffee or tea, a comfort in autumn days, or a snack to take to the river beaches on the hottest days.

Confection: 15 minutes at 220ºC in a wood oven
